摘要: A steering control device is applied to a steer-by-wire system (901) in which a steering mechanism and a turning mechanism are mechanically separated, or an electric power steering system (902) in which the steering mechanism and the turning mechanism are mechanically coupled. A steering control device (201) applied to the steer-by-wire system (901) controls a drive of a steering motor (78) that functions as a reaction motor that applies reaction torque to a steering wheel (91). A steering wheel lock calculating unit (75) of the steering control device (201) performs a steering wheel lock drive control for calculating a drive command so as to output a lock torque for maintaining a rotation stop state of the steering wheel by energizing the steering motor (78) when a predetermined condition is satisfied while a vehicle is parked or stopped. A power converter (77) converts power supply electric power according to the drive command calculated by the steering wheel lock calculating unit (75) and supplies the electric power to the steering motor.

摘要: A steering control device (1) includes a controller including a drive circuit (61a) that performs action for supplying, to a motor, electric power supplied by being connected to at least one of a first and a second power supply. When a connection state of the drive circuit (61a) is a state in which electric power is supplied from the first power supply, the connection state is switched by a power supply device (80) to transition to a second state in which electric power is supplied from the second power supply when an abnormality of the first power supply is detected. Moreover, the controller starts an output limiting process of limiting torque outputtable by the motor as compared with before the abnormality of the first power supply is detected, after the abnormality is detected and before switching of the connection state is completed.

摘要: A steer-by-wire steering system including a steering device (3) including a steering motor (35) and a controller (5) configured to supply a steering current to the steering motor (35) based on a steering request. The controller (5) includes a plurality of calculating portions (51, 54, 57), a plurality of drive circuits (52, 55, 58), and a plurality of temperature sensors (53, 56, 59). When a detection temperature difference that is a difference between detection temperatures of any two of the plurality of temperature sensors (53, 56, 59) is greater than a predetermined threshold, each of the plurality of calculating portions (51, 54, 57) executes an independent calculation control to independently calculate and set a current limit value, which is an upper limit value of the steering current, based on a detection temperature of one of the plurality of temperature sensors (53, 56, 59) corresponding to itself, irrespective of detection temperatures of one or more of the plurality of temperature sensors (53, 56, 59) other than the one of the plurality of temperature sensors (53, 56, 59) corresponding to itself.

摘要: An actuator (10) that applies force to a member associated with steering, and a control device (100) that controls the actuator, have duplex configuration. First and second control devices (100-1, 100-2) compute the same controlled variable as first and second controlled variables (C1, C2), respectively. In a normal mode, the control device (100) controls the actuator according to the first controlled variable (C1). When a discrepancy arises between the first and second controlled variables (C1, C2), or an abnormality occurs in communications between the first and second control devices (100-1, 100-2), the operating mode is switched from the normal mode to an independent mode. In the independent mode, the first and second control devices (100-1, 100-2) control the first and second actuators, according to the first and second controlled variables (C1, C2), respectively.
