摘要: Provided is a compressor in which degradation of an insulating member due to hydrolysis is sufficiently suppressed and degradation of reliability is suppressed. A compressor (11) includes a casing (50), a compression mechanism (20), and an insulating film (86c). The casing (50) stores a refrigerating machine oil. The compression mechanism (20) is housed within the casing (50) and compresses a refrigerant. The insulating film (86c) is housed within the casing (50) and is formed of a polymer having an ester bond. The refrigerant includes a hydrocarbon as a main component. The refrigerant has a saturated water content of less than 0.3% by weight. The refrigerating machine oil has a saturated water content of 1.8% by weight or more.

摘要: A refrigeration apparatus (1) comprises a compressor (2), a condenser (4, 6), an expansion mechanism (5), and an evaporator (6, 4). Refrigerant contains at least 60 wt% of R32, and refrigerator oil for lubricating the compressor (2) are used, the refrigerator oil containing polyvinyl ether oil or polyol ester oil as base oil. An acid scavenger added in an amount of 1.0 wt% to 5.0 wt% is blended with the refrigerator oil. The acid scavenger added in an amount of 2.0 to 5.0 wt% may be blended with the refrigerator oil.

摘要: Provided are: a composition for a freezer, which can decrease a friction coefficient in the friction between sliding members in a freezer; and a composition kit for a freezer, which is used for the preparation of the composition for a freezer. The composition for a freezer according to the present disclosure comprises a freezer oil, nano-diamond particles dispersed in the freezer oil, and a dispersing agent. It is preferred for the freezer oil to contain a polyvinyl ether, a polyol ester, a polyalkylene glycol, an alkyl benzene, or a mineral oil. The composition kit for a freezer according to the present disclosure comprises: a freezer oil (A) comprising a base oil and nano-diamond particles dispersed in the base oil; and a cooling medium (B).

An acid scavenger added in an amount of 1.0 wt% to 5.0 wt% is blended in the refrigerator oil. The amount of air mixed into the refrigeration apparatus (1) is controlled to 500 ppm or less relative to the amount of filled refrigerant. The amount of water mixed into the refrigeration apparatus (1) is controlled to 300 ppm or less relative to the amount of filled refrigerant. A discharged-gas temperature of the refrigeration apparatus (1) is controlled to 120°C or less.
