    摘要: Provided is a highly reliable refrigerating device in which appropriate protection control is reliably performed even during a startup of a compressor in a case where a temperature of a refrigerant is measured outside of the compressor and the protection control is performed based on this temperature. An air conditioning device (1) comprises a compressor (31) which compresses a refrigerant, a discharge pipe temperature sensor (51), and a protection control section (41c). The discharge pipe temperature sensor detects the temperature of the refrigerant discharged from the compressor on the outside of the compressor. The protection control section judges that a transition following a starting of the compressor is in effect and that a steady state following an end of the transition in which a state of the refrigerant is stable is in effect, performs protection control on the compressor when the discharge pipe temperature detected by the discharge pipe temperature sensor exceeds a first determination temperature during the transition, and performs the protection control on the compressor when the discharge pipe temperature exceeds a second determination temperature during the steady state.

The heat exchanger temperature detection unit ( 56 ) is capable of detecting a water temperature. The water temperature is the temperature of the water flowing to the heat exchanger ( 52 ). The control unit ( 60 ) comprises a water temperature determination unit ( 66 ) and an operation unit ( 64 ). The water temperature determination unit ( 66 ) determines whether the water temperature detected by the heat exchanger temperature detection unit ( 56 ) is within a prescribed temperature range.
