摘要： The invention relates to a method for operating an internal combustion engine for gaseous and liquid fuel, wherein gaseous fuel is introduced into an intake system upstream of a combustion chamber of the internal combustion engine, and wherein liquid fuel is directly injected into the combustion chamber. The internal combustion engine is operated in a start-stop mode, wherein preferably an injection (12) of liquid fuel into the fuel chamber of at least one cylinder is carried out during a start following a stop (10) of the internal combustion engine. Subsequently, gaseous fuel is introduced into the intake system of the cylinder by a switching operation (16). The invention further relates to an internal combustion engine.
