    摘要: The invention relates to a steering spindle assembly (1) provided with a first part (3), which is located close to the steering wheel, and with a second part (2), which is located away from the steering wheel. One of the facing ends (4, 5) of one part (2, 3) is inserted into the hollow end (5, 4) of the other part (3, 2), and both ends (4, 5) are connected to one another in a frictionally engaged manner. The invention also relates to a method for producing said assembly. The aim of the invention is to achieve the most possible concrete definition of the deformation energy absorption of the steering spindle for the crash instance in a simple manner while ensuring the serviceable life and a direct steering wheel torque transmission of the assembly. To this end, the walls (9, 10) of both ends (4, 5) directly rest against one another in the form of an interference fit over the area of the frictional engagement.

    摘要: The invention relates to an overload safety device on a joint connection and a method for the production thereof. The joint connection consists of an outer joining element (1) comprising a through opening (5) and a cylindrical inner torque-actuated joining element (6) which protrudes out of the through opening of the outer joining element and is connected to said outer joining element in a frictionally engaged manner. A counter-torque equal to the torque of the inner joining element, acts on the outer joining element in such a way that if one of the maximum authorised torque values corresponding to the friction force is exceeded, the frictional engagement disengages and the inner joining element slips into the connection. The aim of the invention is to produce the overload safety device cost-effectively and to control the frictional engagement easily in a targeted manner. In order to achieve this, the inner joining element forms an interference fit with the outer joining element, and the outer circumference of the inner joining element lies adjacent to the inner circumference of the through opening pertaining to the outer joining element, with a pre-load force corresponding to the torque value.
