    摘要: The invention is directed to a process for multilayer coating of substrates comprising the following steps:
    1. applying a base coat layer of a water-based colour- and/or special effect-imparting base coat composition onto an optionally precoated vehicle substrate,
    2. optionally drying or curing the base coat layer obtained in step 1,
    3. applying a clear coat layer of a transparent clear coat onto the base coat layer and
    4. curing the clear coat layer applied in step 3, optionally together with the base coat layer, wherein the water-based colour- and/or special effect-imparting base coat composition comprises:
    A) at least one colour- and/or special effect-imparting pigment,
    B) water and optionally organic solvents and conventional coating additives and
    C) at least one water-dilutable polyurethane/urea resin with a urethane group content of 80 - 220 mmol/g of solid resin of the polyurethane/urea resin, a urea group content of 20-150 mmol/g of solid resin of the polyurethane/urea resin and a crosslinked fraction of 20-95%, relative to solid resin of the polyurethane/urea resin.
