    摘要: The invention relates to a method for enameling substrates with a coloring and/or effect-giving base enamel and clear enamel coating. According to said method, a coloring and/or effect-giving base enamel layer from a base enamel coating compound is applied to a substrate and then given a clear lacquer coating using the wet-on-wet technique. The non-hardened clear enamel layer is exposed to high-energy radiation before being baked with the base enamel coating. The clear enamel coating compound used is one with a resin solid comprising 50 to 98 weight per cent of system A, which can be cured thermally by addition and/or condensation reactions and which is essentially free from radically polymerizable double bonds and essentially free from groups which also react with radically polymerizable double bonds of system B, and 2 to 50 weight per cent of system B, which can be cured by radical polymerization of olefinic double bonds during exposure to high-energy radiation. The weight per cent values total 100 weight per cent and the C=C equivalent weight of the total resin solid of A and B is between 300 and 1000.

    摘要: The invention relates to radiation-curable coatings containing A) one or more compounds which present free-radical polymerisable double bonds and in addition contain at least one more functional group which is reactive in the sense of an addition and/or condensation reaction; B) one or more compounds which present free-radical polymerisable double bonds and in addition have at least one first functional group which is reactive in the sense of an addition and/or condensation reaction and complementary or reactive in relation to the additional reactive functional groups of component A; C) possibly at least one monomer, oligomer and/or polymer compound with at least one functional group which is reactive, in the sense of an addition and/or condensation reaction, with the functional groups present in addition to the free-radical polymerisable double bonds in component A) or component B); D) one or more photo-initiators and E) possibly solvents, water, pigments and/or fill ers, as well as standard coating additives. Component A) and component B) are different from each other and component C) does not contain any free-radical polymerisable double bonds. The invention also relates to the use of the coatings in a method for producing multilayer coatings, especially for use in vehicle refinishing.
