摘要： A composition is provided comprising glycine in a range of between 5 and 500 mg, γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA), at least one vegetal extract, and melatonin; and uses and methods thereof for treating a sleep disorder, in particular insomnia disorder. Products comprising the composition, particularly food supplements, and their methods of production are also provided.
