    摘要: An injection controller used for an injection molding machine which performs the injection and dwell control by means of a numerical control unit (30). Such a device is offered that the switching operation from the injection control to the dwell control is controlled according to the injection time and the resin pressure to improve reliability in the operation of the injection molding machine and to produce molded articles of good quality. Dwell control is started by dwell control means (30, 50, 60) when the resin pressure in the mold as detected by pressure detecting means (26) becomes greater than a preset pressure or when a predetermined period of time has passed from the start of the injection. When the pulse distribution is not completed up to the position of dwell completion when the dwell control is completed, an error register (51) of a servo circuit (50) is followed up by a follow-up means (30), so that the pulses are distributed forcibly.

    摘要: A method of controlling the drive force to be applied to the load that is driven with a servo motor, wherein the control error that is caused by the change in the condition of a transmission mechanism interposed between the servo motor and the load is decreased. A detected value (PH) of the drive force actually applied to the load is compared with a set value (PL') to be applied to the load, and a drive current of the servo motor is controlled depending upon the result of comparison. When the condition of the transmission mechanism is changed, therefore, a change in the relationship between the servo motor output and the drive force actually applied to the load is automatically compensated, so that the drive force to be applied to the load is properly controlled to assume a set value.

    摘要: A method of controlling servo motor by using a simply constructed motor current controller to take out a large output from the servo motor while protecting the switching elements of the controller from over currents. Integration elements (9, 9') integrate deviations between an instruction current (Ir) that flows into a plurality of windings that constitute armature windings of each of the phases and currents (Ia, Ib) that flow into said windings. The currents (Ia, Ib) are amplified through proportional elements (10, 10') and are controlled substantially independently from each other so as to assume an equal value by a PWM control unit (3) which operates in response to a control signal obtained by adding up together the outputs from the elements (9 to 10').
