摘要: The order of processing steps defined in the step of defining the processing is displayed in the form of a flow chart (FLC) on a display screen. Processing steps (e.g. , 01/01, 02/01 and 03/01) of which the order should not be changed in the subsequent step of processing for automatically determining the order of processing steps are arranged in series in the order of processings, and processing steps (e.g. , 02/01, 02/02, 02/03, 02/04 and 02/05) of which the order may be changed are so corrected in regard to the order of processing steps that they are arranged in parallel. The NC data are prepared based upon the order of the processing steps thus corrected.

摘要: A method of preparing NC data, and particularly a method of preparing NC data wherein a predetermined region on a menu (17c) secured on a tablet surface (17a) of a tablet device (17) is indicated by using a coordinate indicator (17b) to determine which data should be prepared among quick feed data, line cut data and arc cut data, a coordinate value of a point on the drawing specified by the coordinate indicator (17b) is input by turning on switches (SW1, SW2), and predetermined NC data is prepared among the quick feed data, line cut data and arc cut data relying upon the thus input coordinate value. In this invention, a plurality of macros (MCR1, MCR2) are registered in a memory 11c in advance, a predetermined macro is called by turning on or off said predetermined switches, and NC data which includes the motion in the Z-axis direction is prepared using said macro, e.g., NC data for approach and NC data for escape are prepared. For instance, when the operation is being transferred from the positioning operation to the cutting operation, a macro is called to prepare NC data for approach by a switching operation. When the operation is being transferred from the cutting operation to the positioning operation, a macro is called to prepare NC data for escape by the switching operation, thereby to prepare NC data which includes the operation in the Z-axis direction.

摘要: As a conversion table for converting NC data of first type into NC data of second type, there are registered to a memory (103) a G-code conversion table (GTB) which holds a relationship between a G-code in the first NC data and a G-code in the second NC data, an M-code conversion table (MTB) which holds a relationship between an M-code in the first NC data and an M-code in the second NC data, and a coordinate value instruction code conversion table (PTB) which holds a relationship of coordinate value instruction codes (X, Y, Z, I, J and K codes) between the first NC data and the second NC data. Using these conversion tables (GTB, MTB, PTB), the format of the first NC data is converted into a format of the second NC data.
