摘要： Novel propanolamine derivatives of general formula (I) and salts thereof, which exhibit selective sympathomimetic action on the bowel, antiulcer action, antipancreatitic action, lipolytic action and antipollakiuric action; a process for the preparation of them; and drug composition containing the same. In said formula (I) R is hydrogen or lower alkenyloxy; R is carboxy(lower)alkoxy or protected carboxy(lower)alkoxy; R is hydrogen or a nitrogen-protecting group; and n is an integer of 1 or 2.
