摘要： This invention discloses a new tissue plasminogen activator which has strong activity for converting plasmi­nogen into plasmin that degrades the fibrin network of blood clot to form soluble products and therefore is useful as a thrombolytic agent, a DNA sequence encoding amino acid sequence of it, a process for producing it and a pharmaceutical composition comprising it.
