    摘要: The unit for scrubbing gas comprises three sections: 1. the ionising and main scrubbing section for the water-saturated raw gas, comprising a space charge region following the ionisation device for the contaminating particles, 2. the auxiliary scrubbing section comprising a zone of earthed hollow electrodes and 3. the subsequent fine scrubbing in a filter device, after which the pure gas is supplied to the region before the above. The ionisation of the particles occurs in a corona discharge. The material produced, comprising separated particles from the three zones are collected, purified and reintroduced to the gas scrubbing process. The coolant heated by passage through the tube cavities can be used to heat the sealing gas for insulating the fixings and the at least one high voltage duct is used.

At least the top side or side away from the stream of a group of pipe bundles is uniformly sprayed with rinsing liquid. The pipes of a group of pipe bundles are held apart by spacers so that the stream flows over their outer and inner sides. The pipes of a group of pipe bundles are identical and have different adjustment heights. The pipes have such a length that at least when a turbulent flow enters one pipe, a laminar gas stream is formed downstream.

The respective front openings thereof remain open and are used to blow air or gas from the environment to the surface area of the truncated cone. The leadthrough is tightly incorporated into the wall via the surface area of the cylinder.     摘要: The ionization stage and collector for an exhaust gas purification system are sectionally limited components of an exhaust gas duct. The ionization stage which is installed over the clear cross section of the duct is upstream of the collector stage. Each high-voltage electrode which projects into a nozzle has, at the free end, a first conical sleeve with a convex cross section which fits with its entire foot end in the upstream direction of the gas flow onto the end plate-shaped high-voltage electrode. A second conical sleeve with a convex cross section which fits with its foot in the downstream direction of the gas flow likewise onto the high-voltage electrode (10) is also seated on the end plate-shaped electrode. Each sleeve electrode which is at reference/earth potential and has a cover which terminates in the downstream direction of the gas flow and is made of electrically conductive material has a structure which is permeable to the gas flow. Downstream in the direction of the gas flow the collector adjoins the ionization stage without forming an intermediate chamber. Collector filter elements, which are packed in a way which is permeable to the gas flow, are accumulated in a localized fashion at most over the clear cross section at said nozzle plate.

    摘要: The invention relates to an aerosol separator for separating dust aerosol and droplet aerosol, comprising a channel section which has a vertical or steeply inclined axis and contains the aerosol separator, into which waste gas flows from below. Said aerosol separator has at least one end spraying region covering the cross-section of the channel. In said end-spraying region, the through-flowing crude gas or waste gas is subjected to a mist of droplets of a volatile liquid and is guided into the supersaturated wet region. A bundle of tightly packed, similar, straight tubes of process-suitable or process-inert material, extending over the cross-section of the channel, is connected in the direction of flow. The liquid droplets fall on the inside and outside of the tubes of said bundle and flow off in the counter-flow on the outwardly concave surface of the tube bundle, on which they flow off towards the channel wall in a groove surrounding the inner wall of the channel, and are recovered via an outflow opening as a collected liquid containing impurities.
