The invention relates to a method for the production of a composite profile, comprising side pieces connected together by means of a thermally-insulated, planar intermediate web. A pre-profile is formed from a sheet metal strip with a planar intermediate web and the cross-section of which essentially corresponds to the prepared composite profile. The front end-section of the pre-profile is divided into two lateral partial profiles (1, 2), by means of a stamping process, which are held in position by the undivided rear section of the pre-profile. Fixing clips (1b, 2b) are stamped out and offset on the lower inner edges (1a, 2a) of the partial profile. A planar thermally-insulating plastic web (3), provided with rows of holes (4, 5) along the lateral longitudinal edges thereof (6, 7) is fixed by means of the rows of holes (4, 5) thereof to the offset fixing clips (1b, 2b) of both partial profiles. The parts of the fixing clips (1b, 2b) extending above the plastic web (3) are bent around the perforated plastic web (3) and the plastic web rigidly connected to both partial profiles.

The invention relates to a feeding device for a baking oven (2). The baking moulds which pass through the baking section of the oven are formed by the circulating upper and lower baking plates (3, 4) of the baking oven (2), these determining the top and bottom surfaces of the units that are baked in the baking moulds with their baking surfaces, which run along the baking section (5) and which face towards each other. In a horizontal part of their circulation path, the lower baking plates (3) pass through an inputting station (1) which is mounted upstream of the baking section. The feeding device (8) comprises a dough depositing device (9) which is located in the inputting station (1) above the path of the lower baking plates (3). Said device can be temporarily moved with the lower baking plates (3), depositing the dough pieces at predetermined points on the baking surfaces of the lower baking plates (3).

The invention relates to a baking device for producing endless strips made of pourable baking masses. The inventive device comprises a cylindrical baking ring (1) made of metal. Said ring continually rotates around the centre axis thereof and is provided with at least one endless baking surface on a lateral area (1a, 1b) for producing the strips. The baking surface is allocated to at least one stationary baking zone. A stationary depositing device deposits baking mass onto the rotating baking surface on the front end of the baking zone. A stationary receiving device removes the at least partially baked strip (7, 8, 9, 10) from the rotating baking surface at the end of the baking zone, whereby said strip is formed from the baking mass. At least one stationary, electrical induction coil (11) that is adjacent to the baking ring (1) is provided in order to produce the bottom heating and/or upper heat required for baking the strip (7, 8, 9, 10). The baking ring (1) passes through the magnetic field of said coil. The heat that is inductively generated in the baking ring (1) reacts upon the baking mass as bottom heating, whereby the baking mass contacts the endless baking surface of the rotating baking ring (1).
