摘要:
The invention relates to an unsaturated polyester resin containing a polyester or a polyester mixture, produced from at least one unsaturated dicarboxylic acid and at least one diol; and at least one silazane which is accessible for copolymerization with a C=C double bond of the dicarboxylic acid. The invention also relates to an unsaturated polyester resin moulding material which can be obtained or is obtained by cross-linking an unsaturated polyester resin as defined above. Said moulding material can optionally contain reinforcing materials. Said unsaturated polyester resin can be produced using the following steps: (a) a polyester from at least one diol and at least one unsaturated dicarboxylic acid is provided; (b) at least one silazane which is accessible for copolymerization which a C=C double bond of the dicarboxylic acid is provided; (c) the components are mixed according to (a) and (b). The unsaturated polyester resin moulding material can be produced from the above-mentioned polyester resin by hardening thereof by means of a radical initiator.

The present invention relates to a copolymer which is obtainable by reacting acrylonitrile or a mixture of acrylonitrile and an organic molecule which can be copolymerized with acrylonitrile with at least one monomeric, oligomeric and/or polymeric silazane, said silazane containing at least one vinylic double bond. The copolymer can be converted to fiber form and/or made infusible. Fibrous copolymers can be used to produce ceramic fibers by pyrolysis.

The present invention relates to a method of degrading a phenol resin-containing material, characterized in that the phenol resin-containing material is subjected to an aminolysis with a reagent containing at least one amino group, and to a method of constructing and deconstructing a phenol resin-containing material, characterized in that the phenol resin-containing material is produced by curing the starting components at a temperature of below 140°C and, for the purpose of degradation, subjecting them to an aminolysis with a reagent containing at least one amino group. The inventors have additionally discovered a method of producing a novolak partly or fully degradable by aminolysis, comprising the steps of: (a) reacting a phenolic component with an aldehyde in the presence of (i) an acid, (ii) an aminic hardener and (iii) a triglyceride or a triglyceride mixture, and (b) hardening the resin formed in (a) at a temperature of ≤ 180°C, preferably of ≤ 140°C. And finally, the invention provides a method of recycling a phenol resin-containing material, comprising – the degrading of the material by aminolysis, forming a liquid and possibly components that have remained in the solid state, – in the case of components that have remained in the solid state, the separating of these components from the liquid, – the treating of the liquid for removal of volatile products, preferably under reduced pressure and/or at elevated temperature, to form a nonvolatile residue, – the mixing of the nonvolatile residue with starting materials required for a phenol resin synthesis or with one or more compounds selected from monomers, oligomers and polymers having at least two functional groups which react with amino groups and/or hydroxyl groups.

The invention relates to a cyanate resin that can be obtained by mixing at least (i) at least one difunctional, oligofunctional, and/or polyfunctional cyanate and/or at least one prepolymer thereof, optionally in combination with at least one additional copolymerizable component, and (ii) at least one siloxane and/or siloxane-containing compound. The invention is characterized in that the resin contains a linear polydialkylsiloxane with a viscosity ranging from 500 to 1500 and/or a polydialkylsiloxane caprolactone or caprolactam copolymer as the siloxane and/or the siloxane-containing compound. The invention further relates a substrate that is saturated or coated with said type of cyanate resin and to a duromer that can be obtained by compressing and/or heating the cyanate resin or the saturated or coated substrate.
