The optional functions are functions which are selectively used among the functions of the electronic component mounting machine, and the necessity information is information which describes necessity of use of each of optional functions. The device includes an extraction processing section and a display section. The extraction processing section extracts the necessity information regarding a plurality of optional functions from the data used by the electronic component mounting machine. The display section visually displays the necessity information regarding the plurality of optional functions extracted by the extraction processing section.

An object is to provide a determination method and a determination apparatus for a production plan which can shorten time for a setup change by interposing an interruption production in an optimal position with respect to the production plan in which production is performed using an electronic component mounting apparatus. The determination method for a production plan includes an interposing-available candidate search process in which an interposing-available candidate in which the interruption production can be interposed within an initial production plan is searched for, a time calculation process for a prior/posterior setup change, in which time for the prior/posterior setup change which is required for the setup change before and after the interruption production is calculated for each searched for interposing-available candidate, and a production plan determination process in which the interruption production is interposed in the interposing-available candidate selected in the initial production plan so as to determine the production plan.
