摘要: A system for mounting electronic components on a substrate includes component holders each configured to hold an electronic components to be mounted on the substrate. A revolving device is configured to revolve the component holders along a pre-determined path so that each one of the component holders is moveable into a component receiving location for receiving a respective electronic component and/or a component mounting location for mounting the respective electronic component on the substrate. An actuator is configured to actuate a respective component holder in the component receiving location and/or the component mounting location. A safety device is configured to determine whether the respective component holder to be actuated by the actuator is properly placed in an operative position on the revolving device. The safety device is arranged separately from the actuator and is spaced apart from the actuator along the pre-determined path.

摘要: An optimization device (7) of a component mounting line (1) of the present invention includes a cycle time calculating section (831) which calculates respective cycle times (tc) required for mounting components of component types which are allocated to each of the component mounting machines (21 to 2A) by the optimization process onto a single board (K), an excluded machine setting section (832) which sets a specific portion of the component mounting machines (2A) to be excluded from further calculation processes, a balance efficiency calculating section (833) which calculates a line balance efficiency (LBE) indicating a degree to which the cycle times of the component mounting machines (21 to 29) which are not excluded are equalized, and a balance efficiency display section (834) which displays the line balance efficiency. Accordingly, the results of the optimization process which is carried out before starting production of the board are evaluated appropriately and the original device performance of the component mounting line can be utilized.

The mounting machine controls a conveyance unit so as to change a conveyance lane based on mounting conditions when the acquired identification information is identification information which is included in the mounting conditions of a printed circuit board. Meanwhile, in the mounting machine, when the acquired identification information is not the identification information which is included in the mounting conditions of the printed circuit board, the conveyance lane is stopped from being changed. In this manner, a conveyance width of the conveyance lane is not changed when the back-up plate which is ready to be subjected to mounting processing and matches the mounting conditions is not mounted.

According to this configuration, it is possible to freely adjust a separation distance between portions of the conductor by altering the covering thickness; and therefore, the occurrence of AC loss caused by a proximity effect is appropriately suppressed.

The color of the circuit board surrounding the fiducial is white and the color of the identification assistance sticker is black. Thus, the outline of the fiducial mark is clear and the fiducial mark can be appropriately recognized based on the image data.

The control device calculates a lowermost end position of the nozzle suction surface or foreign matter adhered to the nozzle suction surface, calculates a first height and a second height, which are positions in the vertical direction of the nozzle suction surface or foreign matter adhered to the nozzle suction surface at a first position that is separated from the lowermost end position by a first set distance or more and a second position that is separated from the lowermost end position by a second set distance or more, calculates a first difference between the first height and a height of the lowermost end position and a second difference between the second height and the height of the lowermost end position, and determines the quality of the nozzle suction surface on the basis of the smaller difference of the first difference and the second difference.
