摘要:
A banknote rolling-out control method and apparatus and a storage device (200) are used for solving the technical problem of device failure caused by the case where a banknote can easily be stuck in the device after being stored on a reel for a long time. The method comprises: storing a rolling-in time of a current banknote that needs to be rolled out (102); acquiring a corresponding rolling-in time according to the banknote serial number of the current banknote (103); judging whether the rolling-in time and the rolling-out time satisfy a pre-set time condition (104); and if yes, rolling out the current banknote at a rolling-out speed lower than the pre-set speed (105).

Disclosed is a banknote stacking apparatus (100) comprising at least one pair of transmission assemblies, a hot wheel (4) and a guide plate (11), wherein the guide plate (11) guides the banknotes to be stacked (6) such that the banknotes are stacked onto a banknote stacking rack (7). The pair of transmission assemblies comprises a ratchet wheel assembly (90) and a pinch wheel assembly (92). The ratchet wheel assembly (90) comprises a first transmission wheel (91), a ratchet wheel (13) and a first conveyer belt (2) stretched over the transmission wheel (91) and the ratchet wheel (13), wherein the ratchet wheel (13) comprises multiple ratchet teeth (132). The pinch wheel assembly (92) comprises a second transmission wheel (921), a pinch wheel (1) and a second conveyor belt (8) stretched over the second transmission wheel (921) and the pinch wheel (1). The first conveyor belt (2) and the second conveyor belt (8) form a holding and conveying channel. The ratchet teeth (132) contact a banknote (6) output from the holding and conveying channel, exerting a propulsive force on the banknote (6), making the point where the banknote actually loses motive power closer to the hot wheel (4), and the contact area of the ratchet teeth (132) and the banknote (6) is small and the resistance is low, benefitting the conveyance of the banknote (6) to the hot wheel (4), increasing the depth to which the banknote (6) is inserted into the hot wheel (4), reducing the occurrence of flyaway banknotes.

A banknote temporary storage module and a reel rotating speed control method thereof. The banknote temporary storage module comprises a large reel (201) driven by a first power motor, a small reel (202) driven by a second power motor, a coiling tape (208), a first coded disc (203), a second coded disc (204), a first sensor (205), a second sensor (206) and a microcontroller. Two ends of the coiling tape are separately fixed on the large reel and the small reel and the coiling tape is retracted and wound between the large reel and the small reel. The first coded disc is fixed on a rotating shaft of the large reel. The second coded disc is fixed on a rotating shaft of the small reel. The first sensor is arranged corresponding to the first coded disc and is used for monitoring the rotating angle of the large reel. The second sensor is arranged corresponding to the second coded disc and is used for monitoring the rotating angle of the small reel. The microcontroller is used for calculating, according to output signals of the first sensor and the second sensor, the length of the coil tape released by the small reel each time the large reel rotates for one circle, and further calculating the current radius of the large reel, and thus angular velocities of the large reel and the small reel are controlled and the linear velocity of the large reel is enabled to be consistent with that of the small reel.

A paper money temporary storage device and a paper money storage method therefor. The paper money temporary storage device (100) comprises a signal collection unit. The signal collection unit comprises a coded disk (103), a coded disk signal sensor (104) and a rubber wheel (105), wherein the coded disk (103) and the rubber wheel (105) are arranged between a storage reel (109) and a belt standby reel (110) via the same rotating shaft; and a coiling belt (107) engages with the rubber wheel (105) closely and drives the rubber wheel (105) to rotate. The paper money temporary storage device (100) makes clever use of the structures of the rubber wheel (105) which is coaxial with the coded disk (103) and engages closely with the coiling belt, the coded disk (103) and the coded disk signal sensor (104), so that the number of rotation turns of the rubber wheel (105) can be obtained by way of recording the number of rotation turns of the coded disk (103), thereby calculating the real-time speed of the coiling belt (107) when each piece of paper money enters or rolls out, so as to obtain a real-time radius of the storage reel (109) or the belt standby reel (110), and, therefore, it can be ensured that the coiling belt (107) conducts a uniform motion at a target speed by way of adjusting an angular speed of a drive motor according to the real-time radius.
