    摘要： Production line of absorbent sanitary articles and production control method. The line comprises production devices configured to perform respective production operations on the absorbent sanitary articles being processed along the production line; sensors adapted to detect current values of operating parameters which are indicative of the current operation of at least one of the production devices; and a control unit comprising a memory and a processor configured to perform a comparison between the current values of the operating parameters detected by the sensors and respective predetermined reference values stored in said memory and, in the presence of at least one anomalous operating parameter that does not comply with the respective predetermined reference values, to identify, among a plurality of possible malfunctioning causes of the line, at least one current malfunctioning cause responsible for said at least one anomalous operating parameter. The processor is configured to perform said comparison independently of a detection of any defects in the absorbent sanitary articles and is configured to identify said at least one current malfunctioning cause, among a plurality of possible malfunctioning causes, starting from said at least one anomalous operating parameter.

    摘要： A sheet-type medium processing technique, in particular a piece-by-piece end-aligning and stacking device for a paper medium, the device comprising a conveying mechanism for a single sheet of paper medium, an upper conveyer belt (153), an arc-shaped stacking plate (18, 19, 25), a movable blocking mechanism (20), a sensor device (17), and a control portion; at least one pair of convex ribs are formed on the two sides of the upper conveyer belt (153) on a section of the arc-shaped surface of the arc-shaped stacking board (18, 19, 25) near the conveying mechanism; the convex ribs have a width smaller than the minimum dimension of the paper medium in a direction perpendicular to the conveying direction. By adding convex ribs on the two sides of the arc-shaped stacking plate (18, 19, 25) corresponding to the position of the upper conveyer belt (153), the paper medium to be clamped and conveyed forms a V-shape, greatly increasing the rigidity of the paper medium, thus effectively solving the problem of blockage due to the presence of slit at the end of the paper medium, and also solving the problem of blockage caused by soft and old medium folding and arching up.
