摘要: Production line of absorbent sanitary articles and production control method. The line comprises production devices configured to perform respective production operations on the absorbent sanitary articles being processed along the production line; sensors adapted to detect current values of operating parameters which are indicative of the current operation of at least one of the production devices; and a control unit comprising a memory and a processor configured to perform a comparison between the current values of the operating parameters detected by the sensors and respective predetermined reference values stored in said memory and, in the presence of at least one anomalous operating parameter that does not comply with the respective predetermined reference values, to identify, among a plurality of possible malfunctioning causes of the line, at least one current malfunctioning cause responsible for said at least one anomalous operating parameter. The processor is configured to perform said comparison independently of a detection of any defects in the absorbent sanitary articles and is configured to identify said at least one current malfunctioning cause, among a plurality of possible malfunctioning causes, starting from said at least one anomalous operating parameter.

摘要: A post-processing apparatus according to an embodiment includes an adhesive binding unit that binds a plurality of sheets into a bundle. A controller sets an allowable binding number X of sheets capable of being subject to binding at one time in the adhesive binding apparatus. The controller sets a predetermined remaining number N of sheets. The controller receives a number A of the sheets instructed to be bound in the adhesive binding unit. The controller calculates a remaining number n of sheets, where n=A-X. The controller determines whether n>N or n‰¤N. The adhesive binding unit binds the A number of the sheets into a single bundle when it is determined that n

摘要: A bank note stacking and sorting device (100), comprising a bank note feeding unit (110), a bank note stacking unit (120), and a bank note sorting unit (130); the bank note feeding unit (110) comprises a bank note guiding table (112), and a wind wheel (114) sleeved on the bank note guiding table (112); the bank note stacking unit (120) comprises a bank note stacking rack (124), and a bank note baffle plate (126) disposed on the bank note stacking rack (124); the bank note baffle plate (126) is perpendicular to the bottom surface of the bank note stacking rack (124); the bank note stacking rack (124) is disposed in the bank note feeding direction of the bank note feeding unit (110) for stacking bank notes; the bank note sorting unit (130) comprises a limiting plate (131); the limiting plate (131) is disposed on the bank note stacking unit (120), and is perpendicular to the bank note baffle plate (126). Compared to prior art, the bank note stacking and sorting device can limit in the vertical direction the bank notes fluttering out from the wind wheel, and sort the short sides of the bank notes so as to orderly stack the bank notes on the bank note stacking rack.

摘要: A sheet-type medium processing technique, in particular a piece-by-piece end-aligning and stacking device for a paper medium, the device comprising a conveying mechanism for a single sheet of paper medium, an upper conveyer belt (153), an arc-shaped stacking plate (18, 19, 25), a movable blocking mechanism (20), a sensor device (17), and a control portion; at least one pair of convex ribs are formed on the two sides of the upper conveyer belt (153) on a section of the arc-shaped surface of the arc-shaped stacking board (18, 19, 25) near the conveying mechanism; the convex ribs have a width smaller than the minimum dimension of the paper medium in a direction perpendicular to the conveying direction. By adding convex ribs on the two sides of the arc-shaped stacking plate (18, 19, 25) corresponding to the position of the upper conveyer belt (153), the paper medium to be clamped and conveyed forms a V-shape, greatly increasing the rigidity of the paper medium, thus effectively solving the problem of blockage due to the presence of slit at the end of the paper medium, and also solving the problem of blockage caused by soft and old medium folding and arching up.
