The agricultural equipment which is presented is bilateral, multi-function and with multiple possibilities in terms of application, applied to the lifting of a vehicle that travels on a row (2,2') of trees, aimed to support operative interventions such as pre-pruning, trimming, and spraying on rows (2,2') of trees, particularly vineyards, orchards and hedges on plains and hills and is characterized by a transverse parallelogram (3,5,5') deformable structure with lateral pillars (5,5') maintained vertical and extensible, capable to support, position and manage motorized and passive units (8,9), with the possibility to perform different installments, which can include the automation of the temporary variation of the positioning of the units (8,9), determined by sensors of different types and functions, which signals are implemented by a programmable electric central unit.

Compact multi-function device composed of a lifting central body (platform) supporting on its sides two side frame members which can be widened/narrowed if needed even when in operation. The side frame members are equipped with several motorized operating units arranged in sequence and suitable to carry out all or part of the operations related to cleaning, weeding, fertilization, soil ploughing in and hoeing on ground strips at the foot of plant rows, particularly vineyards, as well as possible defence operations. The device can be fitted to the lifting groups of tractors driven by operators or of other self-moving vehicles, even with robotized drive, working on the two sides while moving through the plant row. The operating units are driven by motors even of different type, such as oleo-dynamic and/or electric motors. The correct way to be followed by the vehicle is determined by the operator or, in case of more advanced solutions, is controlled automatically thanks to remote controlled or self-driven ways. The positioning of the side frame members is automatic, assured by plant row trunks proximity detectors.

The proposed invention consists of a standardized tool-holding platform, capable to be fitted onto vehicles operating between rows vineyards, orchards, nurseries and hedges and designed for the support and management of equipment carrying out simultaneously or at different times defence, fertilization and maintenance operations on the tree row soil, trunks or foliages; in particular it is capable to detect tree misalignments or obstacles, provide the relevant signals and/or perform or control overcoming activities without stopping the job. The platform incorporates a basic structure with sensors and direct drivers relevant to the tree row free width and can be equipped with sensors, electronic circuits, functional connections, various controls and drivers also depending on the operations to be carried out.

The device proposed concerns a set of head and jointed tool-holding bars, supported by a vehicle, overlaying with a horse-shoe structure tree rows and hedges, particularly vineyards, orchards, hedges and nurseries and featured by the following: it can be lifted, widened/narrowed and transversally oriented, it supports and handles couples of bars (8) either equipped with sprayers or motorized to permit different bifacial operations; in addition, the bars (8), of a standard type and capable to be variably equipped depending on the different requirements, are hinged in their upper part to the device head and can oscillate backwards parallel to the tree rows, in order to avoid damages in case of impacts with obstacles when moving forward. The device is preferably of a double type (bilateral as well as bifacial) and can be fitted onto a standard tool-holding platform, so as to carry out complete operations on two tree rows during a single drive through.
