摘要： The present invention is directed to a water based primer composition comprising an organic solvent selected from 2,5,7,10-teiraoxaundecane (TOU), propylene carbonate (PC), dimethyl-2-methylglutarate (IRIS) and dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO). The invention also provides a method of surface-treating a substrate to improve adhesive bonding thereto. Moreover, the present invention is further directed to an article comprising a substrate surface-treated with the water based primer composition according to the invention.
