The data transmission method according to the present invention includes: determining, by a first device, a frequency hopping parameter and a quantity of retransmission times of to-be-transmitted data, wherein the frequency hopping parameter comprises an initial frequency hopping location, a bandwidth of the to-be-transmitted data, a frequency hopping offset, and a total frequency hopping bandwidth; determining, by the first device, a first start location of the to-be-transmitted data according to the quantity of retransmission times of the to-be-transmitted data and the frequency hopping parameter; and sending, by the first device, the to-be-transmitted data to a second device according to the first start location and the bandwidth of the to-be-transmitted data. The embodiments of the present invention ensure that a retransmitted data packet can traverse as many frequency domains as possible, so as to obtain a larger frequency diversity gain.

The synchronization signal sending apparatus of the present invention includes: a synchronization signal generation module, configured to generate a synchronization signal according to one or more sequences, where a length or lengths of the one or more sequences are determined according to a length of the synchronization signal; a baseband signal obtaining module, configured to obtain a baseband signal according to the synchronization signal generated by the synchronization signal generation module; and a first sending module, configured to send, after performing radio frequency conversion, out the baseband signal obtained by the baseband signal obtaining module. In a D2D communication scenario, a value of cross-correlation between synchronization signals provided in the embodiments of the present invention is small, which can reduce synchronization detection time. Therefore, a receive end of the synchronization signals can implement quick synchronization with a transmit end according to the synchronization signals, thereby improving system performance.

A communication control method includes: transmitting, by a base station, a configuration message to N user terminals in a cell, where the configuration message carries a secondary configuration indication, and the secondary configuration indication is used to indicate a secondary transmission configuration configured by the base station for the N user terminals, where the secondary transmission configuration of the N user terminals is different from a primary transmission configuration of M user terminals in the cell; obtaining, by the base station, interference parameters about interference that the N user terminals receive from neighboring user terminals in a full-duplex subframe; and activating, by the base station, the secondary transmission configuration for K user terminals in the N user terminals by using an activation message. Solutions of embodiments of the present invention help to apply a full-duplex technology while minimizing changes to a user terminal.
