摘要: In a data transmission method, a first communications device receives flag information sent by a second communications device. When the flag information indicates that one piece of control information can be used for scheduling of a plurality of transport blocks, the first communications device obtains transport block allocation information, where the transport block allocation information indicates the number of transport blocks scheduled by the control information and a bit state corresponding to each transport block. The first communications device sends data or receives data based on the information. Alternatively, when the flag information indicates that one piece of control information can be used for scheduling of only one transport block, the first communications device obtains HARQ process number information, where the HARQ process number information indicates an HARQ process number corresponding to the transport block scheduled by the control information. The first communications device sends data or receives data based on the information. The foregoing method and device may be applied to a communications system, for example, a V2X, an LTE-V, a V2V, an Internet of Vehicles, an MTC, an LTE-M, an M2M, or an Internet of Things (IoT).

摘要: A resource allocation method and a device in a TDD system are provided. In the method, a terminal device receives downlink control information sent by a network device, where the downlink control information includes a resource allocation field, the resource allocation field includes formula (I)+5 bits, where when the resource allocation field indicates, based on a first resource allocation scheme, resource allocation in an uplink bandwidth, the formula (I) bits indicate a narrowband index in the uplink bandwidth, and the 5 bits indicate resource allocation in a narrowband for the terminal device; or when the resource allocation field indicates, based on a second resource allocation scheme, resource allocation in the uplink bandwidth, the formula (I)+5 bits of the resource allocation field indicate a first resource indication value; the terminal device determines the first resource indication value, and determines, based on the first resource indication value, a starting resource block allocated in the uplink bandwidth and a length L CRBs of consecutive resource blocks allocated in the uplink bandwidth, where M≤L CRBs ≤6, and M is a positive integer greater than 1; and the terminal device sends data on resources corresponding to the starting resource block and the length of the consecutive resource blocks. The method and the device provided in the embodiments of this application may be used in a communications system, for example, V2X, LTE-V, V2V, the Internet of Vehicles, MTC, the IoT, LTE-M, M2M, or the Internet of Things.
