摘要: The present invention relates to a power converter and provides, an overvoltage suppression function of low cost and high reliability.
The power converter (1) has a power conversion circuit (5), when driving a motor (2), for converting power from a battery (3) and supplying it to the motor (2) and when the motor (2) generates power, converting the generated power of the motor (2) and supplying it to the battery (3) for storage of electricity and a drive circuit (6) for driving the power conversion circuit (5). The power conversion circuit (5) includes a plurality of paired switching elements (101-106), in which one of each paired switching elements (101-106) is arranged on an upper arm, and the other is arranged an a lower arm, and each pair corresponds to each phase of the motor (2). 摘要: A semiconductor power module has insulative substrate (21) which is configured with a metal wiring pattern (22) formed on an upper first surface thereof, a metal conductor (23) formed on a rear face, opposite the first surface and an insulative layer (21) between the metal wiring pattern and the metal conductor (23). A semiconductor chip (1) is joined to the metal wiring pattern (22) formed on the first surface of the insulative substrate (21), using Pb-free solder with a low melting point. A heat sink (4) is bonded to the metal conductor (23) formed on the other surface of the insulative substrate (21), using a highly heat conductive adhesive (5) having a thermal conductivity of 2 W/(mK) or more.

摘要: The invention relates to a control device (3) for a vehicular AC motor (9), which has higher efficiency of voltage utilization in a power running mode and has higher efficiency of electricity generation in an electricity generation mode. The motor control device (3) comprises rectifying devices and switching devices for three phases, which are connected between a DC power source (5) and armature coils (16) of an AC motor (9) operatively coupled to an internal combustion engine (1). The motor control device (3) has the inverter function of converting a DC power from the DC power source (5) into an AC power and supplying the AC power to the armature coils (16), and the converter function of converting an AC power generated by the AC motor (9) into a DC power and supplying the DC power to the DC power source (5). Rectangular-wave driving control of applying rectangular-wave voltages to the armature coils (16) of the AC motor (9) is performed when the AC motor (9) is operated for power running, and synchronous rectification control for making synchronous rectification of the AC power generated by the AC motor (9) is performed when the AC motor (9) is operated for electricity generation.
