Embodiments of the present invention are capable of avoiding the problem in the prior art that the uplink power control according to a path loss acquired by the UE is not precise enough because, in a CoMP system, a data receiving point for uplink data transmission might be inconsistent with a data sending point for downlink data transmission, thereby improving the quality of sending uplink data.
