摘要: This application relates to the field of space communications technologies, and provides an acquisition, pointing, and tracking (APT) subsystem and a spacecraft communications system. The APT subsystem includes a first controller, a first terahertz transceiver, and a terahertz antenna array that are sequentially connected, where the first terahertz transceiver is configured to modulate and demodulate a terahertz wave; the terahertz antenna array is configured to send and receive the terahertz wave; and the first controller is configured to control the first terahertz transceiver to acquire, point, and track another APT subsystem by using the terahertz antenna array. In this application, acquisition, pointing, and tracking efficiency of the APT subsystem is improved. This application is used for communication in space.

The terminal device obtains reference domain information of a plurality of beams and a first offset corresponding to each moment, to update beam domain information, where the first offset indicates an offset of domain information of the plurality of beams relative to the reference domain information of the plurality of beams. In technical solutions provided in this application, domain information of the plurality of beams can be updated with low signaling overheads. The technical solutions may be applied to a satellite communication system, to implement interference management of satellite beams.

摘要: Embodiments of this application provide a satellite communication method and a related device. The satellite communication method includes: receiving a first common timing advance common TA parameter and a first common TA change amount calculation parameter, where the first common TA parameter is used to obtain a first common TA, and the first common TA change amount calculation parameter is used to update the first common TA to obtain an updated common TA; and sending a random access preamble by using the updated common TA. The solutions provided in the embodiments of this application help improve timeliness of the common TA used for sending the random access preamble, and further help reduce an occurrence probability of inter-symbol interference.

The method includes: A first communication apparatus obtains first ephemeris information of a second communication apparatus, where the first ephemeris information includes information about m parameters of n parameters in second ephemeris information, n is equal to 6, and m is a positive integer less than n, and the n parameters include a first location parameter 1, a first location parameter 2, and a first location parameter 3 in first location information, and a first velocity parameter 1, a first velocity parameter 2, and a first velocity parameter 3 in first velocity information. The first communication apparatus determines values of the n parameters in the second ephemeris information based on the first ephemeris information, where the values of the n parameters include values of the m parameters and values of remaining n-m parameters. The first communication apparatus communicates with the second communication apparatus based on the second ephemeris information. In this method, the n-m parameters in the second ephemeris information are default in the first ephemeris information obtained by the first communication apparatus. In comparison with obtaining information about the n parameters in the second ephemeris information, signaling overheads are saved.

摘要: Embodiments of this application provide a gateway station switching method and apparatus. When quality of a link from a terminal device to a source gateway station through a satellite is poor, the source gateway station sends third indication information to a target gateway station, so that the target gateway station feeds back second channel quality to the source gateway station, that is, quality of a link from the terminal device to the target gateway station through the satellite. The source gateway station determines, based on the second channel quality and first channel quality that represents the quality of the link from the terminal device to the source gateway station through the satellite, whether to switch the terminal device to the target gateway station. In this process, the source gateway station determines whether to switch the gateway station by comparing the quality of the link from the source gateway station to the terminal device through the satellite and the quality of the link from the target gateway station to the terminal device through the satellite, thereby improving communication quality.

The antenna module can operate in a plurality of bands, and miniaturization of the antenna module can be implemented. When the antenna module is applied to the MIMO antenna, a size of the MIMO antenna can be reduced. When the MIMO antenna is applied to the terminal, a design requirement for miniaturization of the terminal can be met. An embodiment of this application provides an antenna module. The antenna module includes a clearance area, a support, and at least two branches; each branch is disposed on the support; a partial projection of the support on a horizontal plane falls within the clearance area; and a projection, on the horizontal plane, of one end that is of each branch and that is configured to connect to a feed point is outside the clearance area, and a projection of a tail end on the horizontal plane is inside the clearance area.
