摘要: This application discloses a full-duplex communication apparatus and method, which are applicable to interference cancellation in a multi-antenna scenario, to reduce complexity of multi-antenna interference cancellation and reduce a volume of an interference cancellation apparatus, without affecting efficiency of a transmitter. The apparatus includes an antenna, an interference cancellation module, a power splitting module, and a combiner module. The antenna includes N 1 first transmit ports and N 2 first receive ports. The interference cancellation module includes N 1 second transmit ports and N 2 second receive ports. Each of the second transmit ports includes M 1 transmit subports, and each of the second receive ports includes M 2 receive subports. L different elements in a second scattering parameter matrix are C times L different elements in a first scattering parameter matrix, and positions of the L different elements in the first scattering parameter matrix and positions of the L different elements in the second scattering parameter matrix are correspondingly the same, where C is a constant, and a modulus of C is greater than 1.

The metal nanowire doped graphene fiber is a new type of a high performance multi-functional fiber material, which achieves a significant improvement in electrical conductivity of graphene fibers through doping of metal nanowires and meanwhile demonstrates excellent tensile strength and toughness. The metal nanowire doped graphene fiber has great potential application value in a plurality of fields, for example, it is used as a lightweight flexible wire.

摘要: An asynchronous instruction execution apparatus and method are provided. The asynchronous instruction execution apparatus (20) includes a vector execution unit control VXUC module (21) and n vector execution unit data VXUD modules (221-22n), where n is a positive integer. The VXUC module (21) is configured to perform instruction decoding and token management. The n VXUD modules (221-22n) are cascaded, separately connected to the VXUC module (21), and configured to invoke an external calculation resource to perform data calculation. A bit width of data processed by the asynchronous instruction execution apparatus is M, a bit width of each VXUD module is N, and n = M/N. The asynchronous instruction execution apparatus is divided into two parts: the VXUC and the VXUD. A quantity of VXUDs is set according to a data bit width. Therefore, a data cable of each VXUD may be separately laid out, a bus may also be separately laid out, and a backend layout becomes more convenient.

摘要: This application provides a circuit board, a method for manufacturing the circuit board, and an electronic component and an electronic device that include the circuit board. By changing a liquid phase and a vapor phase of a cooling medium in a thermally conductive layer of the circuit board, heat can be efficiently transferred from a high temperature zone to a low temperature zone, thereby enhancing a heat transfer effect of the circuit board. In the electronic device, the circuit board is used to connect different modules or structures, so that heat of a module with a relatively large amount of heat can be transferred to a position or a heat dissipation structure with a relatively small amount of heat, thereby avoiding a local high temperature in the electronic device and ensuring uniform heat of all parts of the electronic device. In addition, a heat dissipation effect of the electronic device can be improved.
