摘要： The invention relates to a process for preparing a vinylphenolic compound from a prescursor hydroxycinnamic acid, which comprises a step of bioconversion of the hydroxycinnamic acid by placing it in the presence of an enzyme with phenolic acid decarboxylase activity of a microorganism of the Neolentinus lepideus species. A more overall process for producing a vinylphenolic compound comprises, in a prior step, a step of releasing said precursor hydroxycinnamic acid from an oilseed cake.
