摘要: Disclosed is the use of a breast milk oligosaccharide in the preparation of a food product for improving intestinal microenvironment health. Improving intestinal microenvironment health comprises: in the intestinal system, using the breast milk oligosaccharide as prebiotics used by means of intestinal flora and producing gas, reducing pH to maintain intestinal microenvironment health, and/or reducing the production of branched-chain fatty acids such as isobutyric acid and/or isovaleric acid, and regulating the production of beneficial short-chain fatty acids such as formic acid, acetic acid, propionic acid and/or butyric acid in the intestinal system. The breast milk oligosaccharide is selected from one or more of fucosyl oligosaccharide, sialyl oligosaccharide or lactose-N-tetrasaccharide. The food product comprises an infant formula powder, a complementary food product, a nutritional supplement, and a nutritional supplement or food product for children of 3 years of age and over, teenagers and adults.

摘要: Provided is a novel application of Lactobacillus paracasei K56 capable of regulating the balance of gastrointestinal flora. The Lactobacillus paracasei (Lactobacillus paracasei subsp.paracasei) has an accession number of DSM27447. A single strain of the bacteria strain has the ability to significantly promote the growth of intestinal bifidobacteria and lactic acid bacteria, inhibit Desulfovibrio and/or Enterobacter in the intestine, inhibit Helicobacter pylori and/or Escherichia-Shigella, and to tolerate a simulated in vitro gastrointestinal fluid stress environment. Rat experiments show that the bacteria strain has no oral acute toxicity, no antibiotic resistance, and is safe for food processing.
