摘要: The present disclosure provides the use of Lactobacillus paracasei ET-22 in enhancing resistance of the intestinal tract to bacterial infection and improving intestinal immunity. Particularly, the present disclosure provides the use of a Lactobacillus paracasei in the preparation of a composition for improving intestinal immunity, wherein the Lactobacillus paracasei has a deposit number of CGMCC 15077. The present inventors have discovered that this bacteria strain alone can significantly improve the resistance of the intestinal tract to bacterial infection, combat invasion by pathogenic bacteria in the intestinal system, maintain the intestinal barrier function, and/or prevent diarrhea caused by pathogenic bacteria.

摘要: The present invention relates to the technical field of protein processing, and disclosed are a whey protein composition, and a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. The whey protein composition is a β-casein-riched whey protein concentrate to which micronized and complex natural polysaccharides can be added, and the function of delaying digestion to promote muscle synthesis and provide adequate nutrition can be achieved.
