Provided is a device for the casting forming of amorphous alloy components. The device comprises an injection system, an alloy smelting system, a raw material feeding system, a mould system, a vacuum system and a protective atmosphere system, which are used for the preparation of the amorphous alloy components, and can realize the formation by squeezing casting of the amorphous alloy components under a vacuum or a protective atmosphere with a positive pressure. The device is provided with an exhaust port on the mould to effectively solve the problem of forming micro shrinkage cavities on the surface in the process of forming the alloy components so as to improve the quality of the amorphous alloy components. Also provided is a process for the casting forming of the amorphous alloy components. A high vacuum tank or a protective atmosphere tank is used to reach an acquisition time of the vacuum or protective atmosphere with a positive pressure so as to shorten the forming period, save the production cost, and improve the production efficiency.

The vacuum tank or the gas cylinder for a protective atmosphere is provided to effectively realize the acquisition of a vacuum or a protective atmosphere with a positive pressure in the forming process so as to achieve the casting forming of the amorphous alloy components under the protection of the vacuum and the protective atmosphere with a positive pressure. The mould is provided with an exhaust port to prevent the formation of micro shrinkage cavities on the surface in the process of forming the alloy components. Also provided is a process for the casting forming of the amorphous alloy components. The device and process substantially reduce the space of the vacuum or the protective atmosphere with a positive pressure, and can improve the quality of the amorphous alloy components, save on cost and improve the production efficiency.

A method for forming an amorphous alloy member. In the method, within a temperature range from the liquidus temperature to the glass transition temperature in the solidification process of a molten amorphous alloy, low-pressure precision forming is carried out for the amorphous alloy. The method makes use of a smooth, free surface formed after the molten alloy solidifies, good deformation property and low shrinkage coefficient during solidification, to obtain an amorphous alloy member that has high dimensional precision, high surface smoothness and a compact structure without defects such as shrinkage cavities and shrinkage porosity. The method features a short technological process, high production efficiency, and reduced costs.

Provided are a Zr-Cu-Ni-Al-Ag-Y bulk amorphous alloy, and a preparation method and an application thereof. The ingredients of the alloy are: 41%-63% of Zr, 18%-46% of Cu, 1.5%-12.5% of Ni, 4%-15% of Al, 0.01 %-5% of Ag and 0.01 %-5% of Y, by atomic percentage. The amorphous alloy is prepared by using a copper mold casting method and can be used as part of an antibacterial material required in many fields.

The present invention relates to a high hardness amorphous composite, a method of preparing the high hardness amorphous composite and application thereof. The high hardness amorphous composite includes a basic alloy component, a hard additive and a bonding additive. The basic alloy component includes 45-60 mole% Zr, 5-10 mole% Hf, 5-15 mole% Al, 8-22 mole% Ni and 6-14 mole% Cu, the hard additive is ZrC or WC nanometer powder with addition amount at 12-26 wt% of the basic alloy component, particle diameter of the WC nanometer powder is 10-100 nm, and the bonding additive is any one or two selected from groups of Re, W or Mo with addition amount at 4-8 wt% of the basic alloy component. The high hardness Zr-based amorphous composite with good workability and formability is provided by improving composition of alloy based on Zr-Al-Ni-Cu, adding new component and adjusting component content.
