摘要： The present invention relates to a method for selection or screening of hDIS3 PIN domain inhibitors, yeast strain and cell line used in such methods It also relates to new therapeutic agents selected hDIS3 PIN domain inhibitors and uses thereof in the treatment of cancers having mutations inhDIS3 RNB domain, especially multiple myeloma. The invention also relates to composition comprising new therapeutic agent hDIS3 PIN domain inhibitor and method for inducing synthetic lethality in a cancer cell.
