摘要: Provided is a hearth roll for supporting and conveying a steel sheet in a continuous annealing furnace, wherein all of a shaft portion and a roll main body are made from one or more ceramic materials, preferably constituted with concentric ceramic layers of different ceramic materials centering on the rotation shaft of the roll. The hearth roll has not only an excellent pickup resistance but also a long roll life free from maintenance for long periods. Also provided is a continuous annealing facility using the hearth roll in at least one of a heating zone, a soaking zone and a cooling zone.

摘要: In a method for producing a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet by hot rolling a raw steel material containing C: 0.002ˆ¼0.10 mass%, Si: 2.0ˆ¼8.0 mass% and Mn: 0.005ˆ¼1.0 mass% to obtain a hot rolled sheet, subjecting the hot rolled sheet to a hot band annealing as required and further to one cold rolling or two or more cold rollings including an intermediate annealing therebetween to obtain a cold rolled sheet having a final sheet thickness, subjecting the cold rolled sheet to a primary recrystallization annealing combined with decarburization annealing, applying an annealing separator to the steel sheet surface and then subjecting to a final annealing, when rapid heating is performed at a rate of not less than 50°C/s in a range of 100ˆ¼700°C in the heating process of the primary recrystallization annealing, the steel sheet is subjected to a holding treatment at any temperature of 250ˆ¼600°C for 0.5ˆ¼10 seconds 2 to 6 times to thereby obtain a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet being low in the iron loss and small in the deviation of the iron loss value.

摘要: In a continuous annealing line for steel sheets comprising a heating zone, a soaking zone and a cooling zone, two or more induction heating devices are arranged in series in a front half part of the heating zone, and a heating stop region of 1ˆ¼30 m in length or a slow heating region having a heating rate of more than 0°C/s but not more than 10°C/s is provided in a temperature zone that the temperature of the steel sheet between two or more induction heating devices is 250°C to 600°C. Even if the steel sheet is rapidly heated at a heating rate of not less than 50°C/s with such a rapid heating apparatus of the heating zone, the temperature distribution in the steel sheet is uniformized to realize the quality improvement of steel sheet shape or magnetic properties and so on.
