摘要:
A surface treated tin-plated steel sheet which has (1) an alloy layer formed on the surface of a steel sheet, (2) a tin plating layer being formed on said alloy layer with a remaining exposed portion of the alloy layer having an area of 3.0 % or more of that of said alloy layer and, formed on said tin plating layer and said exposed portion of the alloy layer, (3) a coating film containing P and Si in an amount of 0.5 to 100 mg/m and 0.1 to 250 mg/m , respectively; and a chemical treatment solution for use in preparing the steel sheet which comprises a phosphate ion, a tin ion and a silane coupling agent and has a pH of 1.5 to 5.5. The surface treated tin-plated steel sheet is free from chromium which causes problems from an environmental view point, and also is excellent in adhesion with a paint, corrosion resistance after being coated, rust resistance, and formability.
摘要:
A method for producing a high tensile strength hot dip plated steel sheet, which comprises providing a steel sheet having a Si content controlled within a specific range and comprising Nb and one or more of Cu, Ni and Mo, subjecting a rolled sheet to a recrystallization annealing to thereby form an inner oxide layer close under the surface of the steel plate, washing the surface with an acid to remove the oxides having been formed also on the surface, heating the resultant steel sheet prior to plating, and then subjecting the sheet to a hot dip plating. The inner oxide layer formed during annealing acts as a barrier against diffusion of Si, Mn and the like during the heat treatment prior to plating, which results in marked reduction of the formation of oxides of Si, Mn and the like. Accordingly, the method can be used for producing a high tensile strength hot dip plated steel sheet which exhibits markedly excellent plating characteristics.
摘要:
A plated plate formed by laminating an iron oxide layer and a layer of a plating material in the mentioned order on a bare surface of steel. A joint portion comprising metal iron or an iron alloy, by which the bare surface of steel and the layer of a plating material are joined together, is provided in the iron oxide layer, whereby a layer of a plating material of a high adhesion can be formed uniformly on the whole surface of the steel plate. A method of forming a layer of a plating material of a high adhesion easily by the hot-dipping can be provided with respect to, especially, even a steel plate, which is difficult to be subjected to hot-dipping, such as a high-tension steel plate and a stainless steel plate.
