    摘要: A reducer housing and an electric drive assembly are disclosed. A liquid cooled heat dissipation structure is provided at a bottom of the reducer housing and/or on a side wall of the reducer housing through which lubricating oil flows. The liquid cooled heat dissipation structure comprises a coolant tank (1) and a cover plate (2), the cover plate (2) is used to seal the coolant tank (1), and two ends of the coolant tank (1) are respectively provided with a liquid inlet (3) and a liquid outlet (4). Several convex structures (5) and concave structures (6) are alternately provided on the bottom of coolant tank (1), so that inner and outer sides of the bottom of the coolant tank (1) are both in a wavy shape, thereby increasing a contact area between the coolant tank (1) and the lubricating oil inside the reducer housing. The reducer housing can achieve heat exchange between the coolant in the cooling tank and the lubricating oil, quickly remove the heat inside the reducer housing, improve the heat dissipation performance of the reducer, and increase the service life of the reducer.

    摘要: A cooling and lubrication device of an electric drive assembly and an electric drive assembly are disclosed. The cooling and lubrication device comprises an oil pumping unit, an oil pumping passage, and an oil returning passage. The oil pumping passage comprises several oil distribution passages (1), and positions of outlets of oil distribution passages (1) correspond to parts to be cooled and parts to be lubricated inside the motor housing, as well as parts to be cooled and parts to be lubricated inside the reducer housing. The oil pumping unit is used to pump the lubricating oil inside the first housing into the oil pumping passage, and transfer the lubricating oil to the parts to be cooled and the parts to be lubricated through the oil distribution passages (1). The oil returning passage is provided at the bottom of the second housing to allow the lubricating oil inside the second housing to flow back into the first housing. The first housing is the motor housing, and the second housing is the reducer housing. Alternatively, the first housing is the reducer housing, and the second housing is the motor housing. This cooling and lubrication device can achieve active and directional cooling and lubrication of the parts to be cooled and the parts to be lubricated, and the cooling and lubrication efficiency is higher.
