    摘要: A magnetic core (63) of an electric motor (100) includes a central portion (65) and a plurality of teeth extending outwardly from the central portion (65), the teeth disposed along a circumferential direction of the central portion (65). Each tooth includes a tooth body (67), two neck portions (71) and two crown portions (69), the neck portions (71) respectively connecting the crown portions (69) to the tooth body (67), the two crown portions (69) respectively extending beyond opposite sides of the tooth body (67). Each of the two neck portions (71) of each tooth has a minimum width which is 0.1∼0.3 times of the width of the tooth body (67). The present invention further provides an electric motor (100) that employs the magnetic core (63) which can increase the peak value of the cogging torque of the motor.

    摘要: A single-phase outer-rotor motor includes a stator and a rotor surrounding the stator. The stator includes a stator core and windings wound around the stator core. The stator core includes a yoke and a plurality of teeth. Each of the teeth forms a tooth tip at a distal end thereof. A slot opening is formed between each two adjacent tooth tips. The rotor includes a housing and a permanent magnet affixed to an inside of the housing. The permanent magnet forms a closed ring in a circumferential direction. The permanent magnet forms a plurality of magnetic poles along the circumferential direction. An outer surface of the stator and an inner surface of the permanent magnet define there between a symmetrical uneven gap. A width of the slot opening in the circumferential direction is less than or equal to five times of a minimum width of the gap.

    摘要: A fluid driving device, a motor assembly and a centrifugal friction clutch thereof are provided. The centrifugal friction clutch includes: a fixing member (20) for being fixed on a rotary shaft (11) and comprising a guiding groove disposed in a radial direction of the fixing member (20) and passing through an outer circumferential surface of the fixing member (20); a centrifugal block (24) disposed in the guiding groove and slidable in the guiding groove; and a loading wheel (26) having an inner hole (261) in which the fixing member (20) is received. A gap between a wall of the inner hole (261) and the outer circumferential surface of the fixing member (20) is less than a length of the centrifugal block (24) along its sliding direction. The centrifugal friction clutch reduces vibrations at startup of the motor, thereby effectively reducing the vibrational noise. In addition, this also avoids the startup failure of the motor and effectively improves the startup performance of the motor.

The present invention can change the size of the slot opening (37), thus more rapidly finishing the winding of the stator winding (39) and enhancing the efficiency of the motor fabrication.

    摘要: The present teaching relates to a magnetic sensor (1105) including an input port (1102, 1104) and an output port (1106) and an electrical circuit (1100) which includes a magnetic field detecting circuit (1130), an output control circuit (1120), a state control circuit (1140) coupled with the output control circuit (1120) and configured to determine whether a predetermined condition is satisfied and signal the same to the output control circuit (1120). When the predetermined condition is satisfied, the state control circuit (1140) is at least responsive to the magnetic induction signal to enable the output control circuit (1120) to control the magnetic sensor to operate in at least one of a first state and a second state. In the first state, a load current flows in a first direction from the output port (1106) to outside of the magnetic sensor. In the second state, a load current flows in a second direction opposite of the first direction from outside of the magnetic sensor into the magnetic sensor via the output port (1106). When the predetermined condition is not satisfied, the state control circuit (1140) enables the output control circuit (1120) to control the magnetic sensor to operate in a third state.
