A gap between a wall of the inner hole (261) and the outer circumferential surface of the fixing member (20) is less than a length of the centrifugal block (24) along its sliding direction. The centrifugal friction clutch reduces vibrations at startup of the motor, thereby effectively reducing the vibrational noise. In addition, this also avoids the startup failure of the motor and effectively improves the startup performance of the motor.

The present invention can change the size of the slot opening (37), thus more rapidly finishing the winding of the stator winding (39) and enhancing the efficiency of the motor fabrication.

In the first state, a load current flows in a first direction from the output port (1106) to outside of the magnetic sensor. When the predetermined condition is not satisfied, the state control circuit (1140) enables the output control circuit (1120) to control the magnetic sensor to operate in a third state.
