    Abstract: This rotary electric machine according to an embodiment comprises a stator and a rotor. In a stator iron core of the stator, tips of the teeth defining openings of the slots through which the armature windings of different phases pass include a pair of chamfers which are both ends of the inner peripheral surface partially omitted in the circumferential direction. A rotor iron core of the rotor includes a plurality of grooves the outer peripheral surface of which is concave along a central axis line. Each of the grooves forms a wave shape in which concave portions are placed on both sides of a convex portion along a rotation direction of the rotor, and includes a first groove portion disposed in a leading side of the rotation direction and a second groove portion disposed in a trailing side of the rotation direction. The first groove portion and the second groove portion are asymmetric with respect to d-axis.

    Abstract: [Problem] To improve output while reducing cogging torque and torque ripple in a well-balanced manner in a magnet-assisted reluctance motor. [Solution] A rotor 3 is used for a magnet-assisted reluctance motor in which the rotor is rotated by reluctance torque and magnet torque. The rotor 3 includes S-pole and N-pole magnets 26s and 26n, which are arc-shaped in cross-section. Each pole has three magnets 26s or three magnets 26n. Each magnet is embedded in the rotor 3 in such a way that a convex side portion thereof faces center Or of the rotor. Distance Rs between center Os of circular arcs of S-pole magnets 26s and center Or of the rotor 3 is different from distance Rn between center On of circular arcs of N-pole magnets 26n and center Or of the rotor 3 (Rs ‰ Rn). The ratio of the two distances is 0.92 (Rs/Rn = 0.92). An outer peripheral section 41 of an innermost-layer S-pole magnet 26s is disposed in such a way as to protrude into an adjacent pole zone N1 or N2 from a pole zone S1 or S2.

    Abstract: Provided is a stator whereby the production cost of a stator core can be reduced, in a stator having a stator core being a curling core. In this stator, the stator core 24 comprises: an outer circumferential ring section 24a formed in a ring shape; and a plurality of salient pole sections 24b that protrude from the outer circumferential ring section 24a toward the inside in the radial direction of the stator. The outer circumferential ring section 24a comprises outer circumferential sections 24e in the same number as the plurality of salient pole sections 24b. If the outer surfaces of the outer circumferential sections 24e in the radial direction are outer circumferential surfaces 24g, both end sections at either end of one outer circumferential surface 24g in the circumferential direction of the stator form a curved surface section 24h having a convex curved surface, the same radius of curvature when viewed from the axial direction of the stator, and a common arc formed by the center of curvature thereof. The outer diameter of a section of one outer circumferential surface 24g, between two curved surface sections 24h in the circumferential direction, is smaller than the outer diameter of the curved surface section 24h.

    Abstract: A magnetic power generator (1) includes a stator and a rotor. The stator includes a plurality of salient poles (14) made up of a magnetic path section (15) around which a coil is wound and a protrusion section (16) that protrudes toward both sides of a front end of the magnetic path section. A plurality of permanent magnets (6) are attached to the rotor to face the salient poles (14). The salient poles (14) having the same phase are adjacently disposed in the circumferential direction, and a coil having the same phase is wound in series around the adjacently disposed salient poles (14) having the same phase. A front end portion (17) made up of a front end part of the magnetic path section (15) and the protrusion section (16) is configured so that a disposition angle (¸2) between the front end sections (17) having the same phase is equal to or less than the pole arc angle (¸p) of the permanent magnet (6), and is greater than the disposition angle of the adjacent front end sections (17) having different phases. The magnetic path section (15) in the salient pole (14) adjacent to the salient pole (14) having a different pole is disposed on the same phase side of the center line of the front end section (17) of the salient pole (14) adjacent to the salient pole (14) having a different pole.
