The present invention relates to luciferase having resistance to a surfactant and a method for measuring intracellular ATP which is characterized in that the luciferase having resistance to a surfactant is used in this method comprising the steps of: a first step wherein ATP is extracted from cells in a sample; a second step wherein light emission is produced by adding a luminescence reagent containing luciferase to the extracted ATP solution; and a third step wherein the light emission is measured.

A method for analyzing intracellular components characterized by involving the following steps; and kits containing (a) an extractant, (b) a branched dextrin or its derivative, and (c) a reagent for analyzing intracellular components: (1) the step of adding the extractant to a sample containing cells to thereby extract intracellular components; (2) the step of adding the branched dextrin or its derivative to the sample containing the extractant; and (3) the step of analyzing the thus extracted intracellular components. The use of the branched dextrin or its derivative makes it possible to prevent the extractant from inhibiting the analysis steps.
