    摘要: The present invention provides a resin composition that is excellent in terms of impact resistance, flowability, heat resistance, and chemical resistance and gives molded articles which have a satisfactory appearance and are highly inhibited from making a noise when rubbed against each other. This resin composition is characterized by comprising: 100 parts by weight of a component comprising (A) 45-90 parts by weight of a polycarbonate resin (A component) and (B) 10-55 parts by weight of a copolymer (B component) obtained by polymerizing an aromatic vinyl monomer, a vinyl cyanide monomer, and a diene-based rubbery polymer, (C) 1-10 parts by weight of a graft copolymer (C component) comprising a copolymer obtained by polymerizing an aromatic vinyl monomer and other vinyl monomer(s), as side chains, and an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer as a main chain, and (D) 1-10 parts by weight of an isobutylene based block copolymer (D component) obtained by polymerizing one or more monomers including isobutylene as a main component with one or more monomers in which isobutylene is not a main component.

    摘要: The present disclosure provides a method for preparing plastic composites containing a plant fiber. The method includes providing a first raw material containing the plant fiber and a second raw material containing plastics; pretreating the first raw material; heating the pretreated first raw material for carbonization; and mixing the carbonized first raw material with the second raw material to form a composite material. The first raw material may be coffee grounds, and the pretreatment of coffee grounds includes: washing the first raw material with water to remove contaminants and water-soluble compounds, drying the washed first raw material, extracting the oily substance from the dried first raw material using a solvent, obtaining the extracted oily substance from the first raw material; and completely removing the solvent from the extracted first raw material. The plastic composites having coffee grounds prepared in accordance with the method of the present disclosure has improved mechanical properties, tensile properties and thermal stability, and has a wider range of applications.
