摘要： A process for producing ubiquinone-10 by using a microorganism capable of forming ubiquinone-10 which has one or more characteristics selected from among having a lowered or no geranylgeranyl transferase activity, having a potentiated decaprenyl diphosphate synthase activity, and having a potentiated hydroxybenzoic acid-decaprenyl transferase activity; a DNA and a polypeptide useful in the above production process; a microorganism useful in the above production process; a method of gene expression in the above microorganism; and a method of breeding the above microorganism.
