The structure includes a lamp body (1) having a mounting base (12), a light source (2, 2A) having a disc flange (24), and a set spring (3) elastically contacting the disc flange (24) to fix the disc flange (24) to the mounting base (12). The lamp body (1) includes a latch protrusion (17b) to lock the set spring (3). The set spring (3) includes a support portion (31) supported on the lamp body (1), a manually operable lock operating portion (32), and an elastically contacting portion (33). An operation of the lock operating portion (32) in one direction causes the elastically contacting portion (33) to elastically contact the back surface of the disc flange (24) and generates an elastic reaction force in a direction different from the one direction. The elastic reaction force urges the lock operating portion (32) toward the latch protrusion (17b) and causes the lock operating portion (32) to engage with the latch protrusion (17b).
