    摘要： Disclosed is a brushless DC motor, a magnetizing method thereof and a washing machine having the same. The brushless DC motor, comprising: a stator, and a rotor having a plurality of magnetic poles with a same thickness, wherein each of the magnetic poles is magnetized such that a magnetic flux density of an air gap is high at a central portion of each of the magnetic poles, compared to the magnetic flux density at both ends of each of the magnetic poles. Accordingly, a manufacturing cost can be reduced, a manufacturing process can be facilitated, and vibration and noise can be reduced.
