摘要: A binder for a lithium secondary battery comprising composite particles with a polytetrafluoroethylene structure coated with an acrylic polymer is provided. The binder for a lithium secondary battery according to one embodiment of the present invention not only can solve problems such as agglomeration that can occur when handling conventional binders, but also has excellent physical properties such as low thickness deviation and high tensile strength when manufacturing electrodes. In addition, a battery with these electrodes has improved performances of the battery, such as capacity retention rate.

摘要: An electrode for an all-solid-state battery is provided. The electrode comprises granules including a core containing an active material, a first conductive material and a binder, and a coating layer containing a solid electrolyte and a second conductive material disposed in contact with an outside of the core. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the first and second conductive materials have different sizes or shapes. The first conductive material has an aspect ratio of 4000 to 6000 and a BET specific surface area of 100 m2/g to 300 m2/g. The second conductive material has an aspect ratio of 100 to 300 and a BET specific surface area of 10 m2/g to 30 m2/g. The granules form an excellent electrical network in the interior of the granules even under the all-solid-state conditions, which contributes to the improvement of the battery performance when applied as an electrode for an all-solid-state battery.

摘要: Provided is a method for manufacturing an electrode for an all-solid-state battery comprising steps of applying granules containing an active material on a current collector, aligning and fixing the granules applied on the current collector, applying a solid electrolyte solution on fixed granules, and moving the solid electrolyte solution applied on the granules into pores between the granules. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the step of moving the solid electrolyte solution described above is performed by reducing the pressure by vacuum at 20°C to 40°C. According to the above manufacturing method, the solid electrolyte solution can be effectively and uniformly injected into the pores in the granule layer.

According to one embodiment of the present invention, the primary granules have an average particle diameter (D 50 ) of 50 µ m to 110 µ m, and the secondary granules have an average particle diameter (D 50 ) of 10 µ m to 30 µ m. The electrode manufactured according to the above manufacturing method contributes to improving the performance of the battery when applied to an all-solid-state battery by improving the electrical network between the active material and the solid electrolyte.

摘要: Disclosed are a cathode for an all-solid-state battery in which a granule layer is composed of multiple layers having different types of particles to provide a uniform surface flatness during sheeting of the granule powder while increasing electrical conductivity of granule powder, resulting in excellent adhesion to the solid electrolyte, a method of preparing the same, and an all-solid-state battery including the cathode. The cathode for an all-solid-state battery includes: a metal current collector; an inner granule powder layer that is located on one surface of the metal current collector and includes an active material, a conductive material, and a binder in a form of granule powder; and an outer granule powder layer that is stacked on a surface of the inner granule powder layer and includes the active material, the conductive material, and the binder in the form of the granule powder, in which the conductive material included in the inner granule powder layer and the conductive material included in the outer granule powder layer have different shapes from each other.
