摘要： A binder for a lithium secondary battery comprising composite particles with a polytetrafluoroethylene structure coated with an acrylic polymer is provided. The binder for a lithium secondary battery according to one embodiment of the present invention not only can solve problems such as agglomeration that can occur when handling conventional binders, but also has excellent physical properties such as low thickness deviation and high tensile strength when manufacturing electrodes. In addition, a battery with these electrodes has improved performances of the battery, such as capacity retention rate.

摘要： The present invention includes a high shear mixing apparatus comprising a mixing screw and a housing receiving the mixing screw; wherein the housing includes a nozzle provided at a distal end and a hopper in communication therewith, and wherein the mixing screw includes a rotating shaft and blades provided on an outer surface of the rotating shaft, wherein the rotating shaft has a first tapered portion having a gradually increasing outer diameter in a direction toward the nozzle, a kneading portion having a uniform outer diameter or a gradually increasing outer diameter in a direction toward the nozzle, and a second tapered portion having a gradually decreasing outer diameter in a direction toward the nozzle in this order, and the blades comprise first spiral blades disposed on an outer surface of the first tapered portion, second spiral blades disposed on an outer surface of the kneading portion, and third spiral blades disposed on an outer surface of the second tapered portion, thereby providing a high shear mixing apparatus.

摘要： The present disclosure relates to a solid electrolyte film, its fabrication method, and an all-solid-state battery including the same. More specifically, the solid electrolyte film comprises a slurry including a sulfide and/or halide-based solid electrolyte, a binder, and a solvent, coated on a substrate and then dried and pressed. By pressing at a temperature equal to or above a glass transition temperature (Tg) of the binder, the packing density of the solid electrolyte film is increased, thereby improving the ionic conductivity.
