摘要: The present invention relates to a left atrial appendage occluder (10), comprising a sealing disc (100) and a fixing bracket (200) which is connected to the sealing disc (100) and located at one side of the sealing disc (100); the fixing bracket (200) comprising a connecting portion (210) connected to the sealing disc (100), and a plurality of supports (220); after radiating out distally from the connecting portion (210) and coordinating to form a recessed area (221), the plurality of supports (220) are bent to extend proximally to form a plurality of spaced suspended supporting segments (222), the supporting segment (222) being provided with at least one anchoring barb (223) facing the sealing disc (100). The left atrial appendage occluder (10) further comprises a thin film (300), all the supports (220) being connected in series through the thin film (300). The present invention effectively restrains the relative position and relative movement between the supporting segments (222) through the thin film (300), thus avoiding twisting of the supporting segments (222) when the fixing bracket (200) is pushed out and released from a delivery sheath.

摘要: A left atrial appendage occluder (200) comprises a sealing part (220), a fixing part (210) disposed at one side of the sealing part (220), and a connection part (230) for connecting the sealing part (220) and the fixing part (210); the radial deformation capacity of the sealing part (220) is greater than the radial deformation capacity of the fixing part (210), and/or, the axial deformation capacity of the sealing part (220) is greater than the axial deformation capacity of the fixing part (210). In the present left atrial appendage occluder (200), the radial or axial deformation capacity of the sealing part (220) is configured to be greater than the radial or axial deformation capacity of the fixing part (210), such that the situation in which the sealing part (220) cannot be optimally fitted with the opening of the left atrial appendage (10) when the fixing part (210) is placed inside of the left atrial appendage (10) is avoided, thereby enhancing the occlusion effect. Additionally, the sealing part (220) has great deformation capacity which reduces the risks of the sealing part (220) causing abrasion to the opening of the left atrial appendage or even breaking the opening of the left atrial appendage. While avoiding the risks, the fixing part (210) can better fix the occluder in the left atrial appendage (10) and prevent the occluder (200) from being disengaged from the left atrial appendage.

摘要: An interventional medical device connector and a method for using same. The interventional medical device connector comprises an implant (1) and a pusher (5). One end of the implant (1) is provided with at least one lock ring (9). The top end of the pusher (5) is provided with at least one locking hole (7). The pusher (5) is provided with at least one control wire (4). The control wire (4) slides along the axial direction of the pusher (5), and the top end of the control wire (4) can reach at least one of the locking holes (7). The control wire (4), the lock ring (9) and the locking hole (7) together form a connection means having a lock-pin structure. Use of this means of connection effectively overcomes the defects of existing threaded connections, reduces risks, and provides convenience of use.

摘要: A left atrial appendage occluder (100) comprises an elastic closure disc (11) connected to a fixing structure (111) which is located on one side of the closure disc. The fixing structure (111) comprises a central end portion connecting with the closure disc and a plurality of interconnected and curved struts (121), wherein at least one anchoring tip (131) is provided near the end of at least one strut (121) with the anchoring tip (131) directed toward the closure disc (11). The left atrial appendage occluder has a stable structure, a good positioning and sealing effect on the cavity wall in the left atrial appendage, and it is easy to position repeatedly. It can also be recycled before separating from a deployment device. When in surgical operation, the left atrial appendage occluder can select the position area based on the actual shape and size of the patient's left atrial appendage, so the surgical risk is lowered.
