摘要: An electrode developed to solve the problem of a conventional cell that when the temperature of a cell is so raised as to melt and fluidize the separator due to internal short-circuit, a large short-circuit current flows in a portion where the separator is fluidized, so that the temperature of the cell is further raised due to heat buildup and a further increased short-circuit current flows. Specifically an electrode of which the resistance increases with temperature. More specifically an electrode containing an electron conductive material containing an electrically conductive filler and a resin and having a resistance increasing with temperature.

摘要: In a substrate processing method for clearing a substrate surface of organic contaminants with a mixed gas containing a wet-ozone containing gas and a basic gas, the corrosion of the metal interconnection is suppressed by controlling the quantity of basic gas introduced. A substrate processing apparatus comprises substrate heating means (4) for holding a substrate at a higher temperature than the room temperature, wetting means (7) for producing the wet ozone-containing gas, feed means (5) for feeding the wet ozone-containing gas to the substrate surface, a gas feed pipe (8) for connecting the wet means and the feed means, feed means (18) for feeding the basic gas containing-gas to the substrate surface, and gas heating means (9) for heating the wet means, the feed means and the gas feed pipe to a temperature equal to or higher than the temperature of the substrate.

摘要: A fuel feed device installation structure in which a set plate on which the fuel feed device is installed is not dissolved nor deteriorated by exposure to snow melt salt sprayed in winter in cold regions or sea salt particulate contained in salty wind in coastal districts, the fuel feed device comprising a fuel pump (2) which is disposed in a fuel tank and force-feeds fuel to an internal combustion engine, the set plate (3) made of synthetic resin which supports the fuel pump (2) and clogs an opening hole (1a) to the fuel tank (1), a gasket (5) which keeps an air-tightness between the set plate (3) and the fuel tank (1), and a plate (4) which holds the set plate (3) to the fuel tank (1), wherein protective members (6, 8) made of those materials which do not react with, or is not dissolved nor deteriorated by, a product generated by a chemical reaction between the plate (4) and the set plate (3) are inserted between the plate (4) and the set plate (3).
