A motor 100 of the invention includes: a stator in which a winding 42 is applied through an insulating part 43 to a stator core 41 formed by laminating a predetermined number of electromagnetic steel plates which have been punched into a predetermined shape; a rotor assembly 20 in which a rotor 20a and bearings 21a and 21b formed by rolling bearings are fitted to a shaft 23; a printed wiring board 45 which is arranged at an end part of the stator in an axial direction and to which a drive circuit is mounted; a bracket 30 imposed to at least the end part of the stator in the axial direction to which the printed wiring board 45 is arranged; and a conductive sheet 60 provided between the printed wiring board 45 and the bracket 30.
