Further, the end plate of the stationary scroll is formed with a recess, in which a delivery valve is installed. Further, a plate movable in the direction of the axis of revolution of the revolving scroll is installed and a pressing means for pressing the plate is provided. Further, the shape of a connecting wall surface connecting the adjoining ones of the surfaces of the individual end plates is determined by an envelope described by the revolving locus of a connecting edge connecting the adjoining ones of the individual upper edges.
