At the grafting step, light energy 16 is applied to the polymer material 10 being in contact with the organic material 12 to radicalize the ketone group in the polymer material 10, and the radicalized ketone group in the polymer material 10 is reacted with the unsaturated bond-containing group in the organic compound 12 to graft an organic compound chain 20c having the epoxy group based on the organic compound 12 onto a position 10b where the ketone group in the polymer material 10 existed.
