    摘要: Provided are: a composite material forming method that makes it easy to use a composite material in combination with another member to which the composite material is bonded, said composite material being formed by reacting a resin; and a composite material. A composite material forming method according to the present invention comprises: a first material preparation step (a magnetic field circuit forming material preparation step S11), a second material preparation step (a magnetic field circuit non-forming material preparation step S12), a material assembly step S13, and a first heating step (a magnetic field heating step S14). In the first material preparation step, a first material that contains a first resin is prepared. In the second material preparation step, a second material that contains a second resin is prepared. In the material assembly step S13, the first material and the second material are assembled. In the first heating step, the assembled first and second materials are heated under such conditions where the first resin is mainly reacted in comparison to the second resin, so that the first resin is mainly reacted in comparison to the second resin, thereby bonding the first material and the second material with each other.

    摘要: Provided are a compression head for reducing the occurrence of temperature unevenness in a composite material during heating, a composite-material molding device, and a composite-material molding method. A compression head 20 is provided on the other side of a pre-reaction composite material 2 from a magnetic field coil 30 provided on one side of the composite material 2, the compression head 20 facing the magnetic field coil 30 via the composite material 2. The compression head 20 has a compression head body 22 and a high-thermal-conductivity-material layer 24. The compression head body 22 is formed from a material that is transparent to a magnetic field 32 applied by the magnetic field coil 30. The high-thermal-conductivity-material layer 24 is formed on the side of the compression head body 22 that faces the composite material 2, and is transparent to the magnetic field 32 applied by the magnetic field coil 30 and is formed from a material having higher thermal conductivity than the composite material 2.

    摘要: A method for bonding a composite material (10), in which resin is impregnated in a reinforcing fiber-containing first composite material (12) and a second composite material (14) to bond the same, comprises: a protruding member placement step for disposing multiple protruding members (16), which have multiple protrusions that protrude in mutually different directions, on the surface (12A) of the first composite material (12); a second composite material placement step for disposing the second composite material (14) on a site of the surface (12A) of the first composite material (12) where the protruding members (16) have been disposed; an introduction step for introducing the protruding members (16) into the first composite material (12) and into the second composite material (14) while bringing the first composite material (12) into contact with the second composite material (14); and a bonding step for bonding the first composite material (12) to the second composite material (14) with the protruding members (16) introduced therein by curing the resin impregnated in the first composite material (12) and the second composite material (14).
