As a result of this configuration, the gap between the base of the noise insulation cover (51) and the bottom plate (51) having the protrusions and recesses can be reduced, and noise is prevented from leaking from the base of the noise insulation cover (51).

As a result, it is possible to prevent excessive cooling of a power element and prevent condensation from forming thereon, while simplifying the configuration thereof and suppressing a decline in operating efficiency.
